I think my Cybersync cord may have a short in it. It has to be just right to get it to fire. Where do I find a replacement?

All replacement cords can be found at the link below. However, there are a bunch on that site. I can tell you which one to get if you let me know what you are plugging into. Additionally, it may not be the cord, it could be the receiver or light. Please expound on what you are experiencing, and what equipment you are using, that way, we can ensure you get the right part(s).
