I've just joined this forum in hopes of getting some help/advice. I recently purchased an AB800 and I've used it once for a shoot.
This morning I wanted to use it again, and when I plugged it in, the modeling light didn't come on. The dump light was on. I tried again a little bit later, and same thing but this time the dump light wasn't on. No light was lit up.
Has anyone experienced this before. This is my first purchase of studio lightning, so I don't have much experience.

IS there anything plugged into the RJ11 (telephone) jack on the back of the light? If so, remove it and try again. If not, then there is an internal issue with the light. Please contact customer service to arrange for that to be corrected.
