I have been using the old PCB Boom Arm (with counterweight) without a hitch so far but recently I broke the tightening nut/screw on the black collar that prevents the softbox from rotating (downwards due to gravity). I'm wondering if there is any chance of replacing it? The collar itself is fixed to the end of the boom from where the last extendable section telescopes out. Naturally I'd prefer to replace a part than get another boom arm altogether. Can it be replaced? Thanks.

This is not a part we sell, but if you contact Customer Service, they may be able to find one for you.
