hy, i'm from romania and i got this for about a mounth, its third or fourth time when i charge it, but this time it got into a loop when i plug the power cord on
the cooling fan starting and the red led start to be on for about one second and then bouth shut down and then again starting to get on over and over...i have tryed to change the fuse but the same thing happen

PS:
i have done some measurements
the inverter outputs 13.9 V that seems ok, the battery its only 11.3 V output maybe that is the problem..i guess i better buy another new one

That does sound like an internal problem to the inverter, and would need to come in for repair. Please contact our Customer Service department to make arrangements to do that.
