I have three of these units and I had the same problem, it must be a voltage or ground issue as it happens with different cameras and software. I use a radio pugged into the CompuScene to trigger the strobes to eliminate the problem. I would be interested to hear if there is a way to use sync cord when tethered. Dan |

To: Anatoli, Thank you for the suggestion about the live view disable IT WORKED. I guess that I should have read the book a little further. To: Tech Support, Thanks to you, also, for your efforts in trying to solve the problem. As you can probably determine the problem was not with the Compuserve but with a camera setting. That was actually my first thought, though i don't know why it would fire a light but not the Compuscene in live view. |
