Please keep in mind this is a Technical Discussion forum. We will be glad to field any technical questions. Customer Service will have the most up to date information regarding any shipping schedules, though they may or may not be able to give specific timelines. We will not be posting time lines or counters of any sort on this board, as A) it is beyond the scope of this board, and B) unforseen circumstances can cause changes rapidly, thus making any timeline inaccurate. Rest assured, we are getting everything out as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality possible. Nobody wants this stuff in your hands as quickly as Paul and the rest of the company do. Certainly, Paul may interject any new information as he sees fit, however the tech support staff is unable to do so. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you. |

PLM v2 may be "better" than the current v1 but the current product is really something special. [...] Tim, did you every try the 86" White PLM in reflective mode with and without the front diffuser and compare the results? I'm not worried about loss of light here just the quality of light when compared to a large softbox. |

euscera wrote: hello any news on new plm estemated arrival date? thanks Big shortage fo the very special silver fabric all over Chine. We ordered $50,000 worth a month ago and it's due in on June 10. Then we can start cranking them out. Designs are pretty much finalized and ready. V2 is really working well. The 7mm shafts are adjustable so they don't poke out the back of the light. Front diffusers fit well and stay on. I'll try to get some pictures up ASAP. Luap is an extremely busy guy these days. |

V2 really out performs V1 with and without diffuser. |
