Well, i received my lights a few days ago and was able to finally unpacked them all. 4 out of 5 lights worked great... I haven't really put them through a hard days work, but so far 4 tested fine. The 5th one had a little problem with a modeling bulb. It seem like there was no contact at all when i scrolled up/down or changed mode. My other 4 modeling lights dimmed when i scrolled up/down or full power mode. So i thought right of the bat, ok maybe a bad bulb, right. So i switched it out and the same thing happened. I went through 2 brand new bulbs that i bought from PCB. So i went ahead took care of everything through customer service.
You guys rock, customer service it great! Other companies should take some tips from you guys and start treating consumers the same way... I have not had one bad experience and i don't think i will.
