I just want to share a good experience having to won an AlienBee. I happen to have a 42" Beauty Dish with a Bowens mount. But after realizing how easy the mounting methods of AlienBee strobes, I was able to revive that dish and use it with my AlienBee.
All you have to do is basically cut off the protruding alloy for the Bowens and stick it on your Bee. Technically, anything with a hole the size of that clip's circumference can be mounted.
