I noticed while researching flash duration for my AB 1600 that there is mention of t.1 and t.5 method and depending what method you choose, decides how long your flash duration is. Can someone describe what this is and how you choose on the unit the method you want? I looked through the manual (quickly albeit), searched the FAQs here and older threads and could not find what I was looking for. Thank you so much!

They aren't settings on your flash unit, they are two different measurements of flash duration.

The output power you choose for the flash will affect the t.1 and t.5 times for your flash.
