I may have the answer already but I will ask anyway, I have a couple of lights with a built in Pocket wizard, can I use the CC to trigger it?

No, there is no interoperablity between the two.

However, if you added lights, and wished to go to the CyberSync system, you can use one CS receiver to trigger a PW, which would then trigger the PW's in the lights that have them already.
