I am having a problem with my CC locking up. It will be working fine, I will go to make an adjustment, and the screen will blank out. At that point, nothing I do will bring it back to life. I have removed the batteries and the sim, put new batteries back in, but it still will not turn on. Any ideas? |

Check with tech support. Firmware upgrade may solve this. |

Will a link to the firmware update be posted here, or do we need to contact Tech Support to get it when it is available? My CC menus turn into jumbled letters occasionally. Power off and battery pull solves it. |
