I noticed that the Cyber commander flashmeter does not have a shutter speed setting of 1/200 which is the max sync speed for my Canon 5D. The closest available is 1/125. Are there plans to add more shutter speed settings?

It's not a high priority, but could happen in the future. The only time this would come into significant play would be would be if you are doing very critical mix of sunlight and flash. Even though you are shooting at 1/200, setting the CC meter to 1/250 for metering would under-meter the ambient portion within around 3/10f and would probably be represent less than 1/10f error unless the ambient portion were way higher than the flash. Metering at 1/250 on CC and shooting at 1/200 would have no effects such as black bars, etc. That's strictly a function of the camera exposure time.
