Just got it delivered today. I made a couple of test shots, and this baby is going to be fun to learn how to use it. The quality of it is outstanding. The 22" carry bag is pretty cool too.

I got it with the 15 degree grid. Is it normal to have to pop it out of the Beauty Dish with a small screw driver? Or am I doing something wrong? I installed the grid with the tab facing out towards me. I figured I would pull on the tab, and it would pop out.

While it will fit tight by design, the tab should be able to pull the grid out.
