I love my new bees. :) have you ever considered building a strobe unit with a built in battery ? Something more powerful than a speedlight like my nikon SB 900. Yet more portable and easier to manage than a strobe with battery pack combination. A really simple and rugged design meant for shooting outdoors. As small and compact as possible maybe using a lithium battery. Keeping it simple would be the secret. A separate battery charger would be needed so the strobe maintains a smaller size. |
