Im trying to work on my 86 in PLMs. both have lost the locking screws and one has somehow lost
its positioning shaft. Im going to try to weld a shaft so that I dont have so darn many parts to loose.
Dont know why it was ever designed that way. It has a great umbrella construction and then somehow the designer must have fallen and hit his head real bad when he designed the shaft.
Anyway, can you tell me the screw sizes and the diameter of the positioning shaft? Id love to use these umbrellas but half the parts have run away.

The umbrella screw is 10-32 size.
