I just started using my equipment again, but when I turned on My 1600, it would not fire, just kind of fizzled. the modeling light doesn't come on either. Any suggestions? |

Please clarify "fizzled". Is this a sound it makes, or did you get a low power flash? Or what exactly does that mean? Do you get a green ready light? Also, for the model lamp, turn off (pop out) the Cycle button, and turn on the ON button. Any change? Does a known working bulb work in this socket? |

I test fire the strobe and a few small "sparks" that aren't strong enough to light anything fizzle. I'll check the modeling lamp. |

Are you getting a green ready light on the back of the light? Do you have a telephone cord plugged into the back of the light in the REMOTE jack (i.e. from an LG4X remote or CSR+ remote)? If so, unplug it and see if the problem persists. |

I do not get a ready light at all. Even going down to 1/32, nothing. The remote cord is not plugged in either. |
