 Cyber commander with CSRB+ does not control flash power

I have the CSRB+ connected to the 1/4" jack on the Ultra 1800. The Cyber Commander will only control the firing of the flash but not the flash power or modeling lamp power. What do you suppose I'm doing wrong?

The 1/4 inch plug does not control anything more than firing. You will need to use the RJ11 style telephone cord from the receiver to light.
