Help me see if I can figure out why my Cybersync transmitter/receiver aren't tripping the AB400.

-I have the receiver connected to the strobe via sync cord.
-The transmitter is set to the same frequency as the receiver.
-The receiver trips the strobe when using the test button.
-The strobe fires when pressing the test button on the transmitter.
-batteries have been changed in both devices.
-The setup was working just fine until this last session.
-BUT the strobe will not fire when taking a photo though.

When you take a photo, does the LED of the transmitter blink red? If not, then there may be an issue with the bottom center contact, or the camera has disabled the hotshoe.

What camera are you working with?

If the transmitter blinks red (once) when the image is taken, the CST is getting a signal from the camera.

If the transmitter can trigger the flash (and therefore the receiver) from the test button, then the frequencies are matched.

If both statements are true, there is a fault in the CST.

If the CST blinks multiple times, the battery is getting low and may cause issues.

It does blink red once & yes, when you push the test button the flash does go off.

If the CST is faulty, what can I do to get it fixed?

If it is within its 2 year warranty window, it can be sent in to us for inspection and repair/replacement as needed. You can visit this link for the repair process: http://www.paulcbuff.com/repair.php

If it is outside of the two year warranty window, labor and repair costs would approach or exceed the cost of replacement, so the remote will need to be replaced with a new purchase.
