... on Einstein page, giving a sense of the preorder # being fulfilled

But it isn't a big deal

Every one of our employees is busy every minute of every day and we just don't have time to do this. We have been slowed a bit in initial production because of having to correct a couple of minor vendor errors and a lot of time testing each unit. It's beginning to ramp up though.

Paul, just as a rough estimate, about how long to you see it taking to fill all of the pre-orders? I'm guessing I'm towards the end of the list, so I'll probably be one of the last to get his lights from the pre-order list.

In another forum, someone who has received an Einstein mentioned that the flash counter (it's got a flash counter!) read 225, indicating that it had been tested before shipping.

It's really hard for me to make an accurate estimate. Production has found a couple of errors from the robotic assembly vendor that have required some rework. Also, we are doing a whole lost of post production torture testing to weed out anything unexpected. As these pesky problems are solved we should see production really ramp up. That's the best I can say today.

Thanks Paul for your update, it keeps me from calling CS and wasting their time with my questions about the production status of the Einsteins. ;)

Errors? Any implications for lights that were shipped this week?

Errors were corrected by our staff before units were shipped.
