Post subject:  Cyber Commander - Hot shoe breakage

Unfortunately my camera fell with the cyber commander and it snapped the plastic hotshoe piece  So I have to use tape to connect it to the camera now. Is there a way to get this repaired or do I need to buy a new Cyber Commander unit?

Thanks.Peter

You most certainly can get that repaired. Basic repairs are $40 including domestic US shipping back to you.

Please visit this page for more information regarding repairs: http://www.paulcbuff.com/repair.php

You may want to contact our repair department to see what the turn around time is before you ship it in so you can schedule appropriately.

Pemmett,

FYI - By my own fault, a couple of years ago one of my CyberCommanders got stepped on. PCB repaired it for $40.00 as promised, and it came back looking and working like it was brand new. :-)

Perfect. I need it next week and it still works with taping it onto the camera. I'll send it in after I've finished with it next week. Thanks.

Craig,

Thanks. It's good to hear great feedback about maintenance and services from a company that sells great products. It's not the case for all companies I know.

Cheers/Peter
