Unfortunately my camera fell with the cyber commander and it snapped the plastic hotshoe piece  So I have to use tape to connect it to the camera now. Is there a way to get this repaired or do I need to buy a new Cyber Commander unit? Thanks.Peter |

You most certainly can get that repaired. Basic repairs are $40 including domestic US shipping back to you. Please visit this page for more information regarding repairs: http://www.paulcbuff.com/repair.php You may want to contact our repair department to see what the turn around time is before you ship it in so you can schedule appropriately. |

Pemmett, FYI - By my own fault, a couple of years ago one of my CyberCommanders got stepped on. PCB repaired it for $40.00 as promised, and it came back looking and working like it was brand new. :-) Craig httpS://www.craigwasselphotoart.com |

Perfect. I need it next week and it still works with taping it onto the camera. I'll send it in after I've finished with it next week. Thanks. Technical Support wrote: You most certainly can get that repaired. Basic repairs are $40 including domestic US shipping back to you.

Craig, Thanks. It's good to hear great feedback about maintenance and services from a company that sells great products. It's not the case for all companies I know. Cheers/Peter craig16229 wrote: Pemmett,
