I think I understand the startup sequence. But what happens if say, I raise a light and the power cord pulls out, do I have to unplug all the lights and redo the startup sequence or just do it for that light or do I just plug it back in without regard to sequence

If you mean hook-up sequence, I have had no problems with unplugged power from the lights as long as the RJ-11 remote line is still plugged into the receiver and the light.
I'm not sure if the new firmware 29v. with it's refresh feature added to CC has done away with performing that seqence.

Unplugging a light will not change the CC or the CSRB settings. Just plug it back in and everything should be where you left off.
