Hello. Is there a way to ensure the trigger wire stays connected. Keeps falling out. Canon Mark ll.

If you mean the sync cord (the trigger wire is the white wrap on the flash tube), then you can gently crimp the metal cylinder on the camera end until it fits snugly.
