When connecting my CSRB to the B800 with an RJ-11 cable, the light fires repeatedly if the cable is wiggled on the end where it's inserted into the B800. Sometimes it won't fire at all until the RJ-11 connector is "just right". I've tried a different cable & CSRB, with the same results.

I cleaned the contacts with alcohol to no avail, and would like to know if there's something else to try before sending this in for (non-warranty) repair. btw/I had never tried the RJ-11 connector until my CC arrived last week.

Have you tried a different circuit? Even though you are getting it to work eventually, sometimes certain circuits have a little noise on them the can create issues. Additionally, be sure the power slider is to the far right, and all of the model lamp buttons are pushed in. If this still fails, the light will need to come in.
