| Post subject: | WL X1600 Cant tighten handle enough |
On a X1600 regardless of how hard I tighten the handle on the mounting block the light still remains loose. Do I need a complete Mounting block replacement or is there a more minor repair part that I can get. |

Depending on the age of the unit, there may have been a minor hardware update. There should be a leather or rubber washer between the block and the L-bracket. The rubber is newer, and should also be accompanied by a silver Belleville washer, which is silver in color and domed. Older versions only had one or two black nylon washers. If you have the rubber/belleville set up, you may consider adding a small washer between the handle and belleville washer. If you have the leather/nylon washer set up, contact us, and we can arrange for this to be replaced. |

That serial number is from 2009, which was about a year before the switch. Customer Service will be able to get you set up with what you need. |
