Curious if anyone has used Einsteins for boudoir shots only using the modeling lamp? Thought I am guessing at 1/256 power I should be able to get a large F stop

People use the model lamps only frequently. I can't speak of boudoir specifically, but it is not uncommon for newborn photos. 1/256 power is quite low, and unless you are using an efficient modifier or have one super close, it should be low enough for 2.8 or so.
