Anyone know how to keep the grids from popping out?

If the grids are not sitting properly, it may be the reflector or grid is slightly out of round. Install the grid and rotate it inside the lip of the reflector, and you should feel it snug up.

I have rotated them and only seem to tighten slightly. I am in a controlled environment so not any damage to them. What else do you suggest? They fall out when put at an angle. I have tried tape or a clamp but that doesn't work with the heat from the light.

I assume the spring clip is still present on the outer diameter. Is is possible to bend this out? If not, or if it still does not work, then you should contact customer service to see if there are any warranty options.
