Can someone help? I've been reading but still not figured it out. The question is that I don't know how much flash power to set up initially with before I am going to use my CC to meter all Einstein strobes?

Generally speaking, it does not really matter. What matters most is where you want to end up. Let's say that you want to shoot at f/8. If you are at a low power and meter at f/4, simply increase power until the meter says f/8 (actually, f/8.0'0). If you are at a high power and meter at f/16, simply reduce power to f/8. Regardless if you go from low power and increase, or high power and decrease, f/8 is still the same power.
