One of my Alien bees 800 is only firing at full power even if power level is set to 1/2, 1/4, whatever.
Could anyone suggest a fix for this problem?

Joel

Are you using anything in the telephone connection? If so, unplug it and use the regular back panel slider and see if the problem persists.

If you are not using the telephone connection, and have a means to control power via the telephone connection, try that.

Ultimately, depending on your responses, it will likely need to be sent in for repair. We have our facility here in the US, as well as one in Quebec City, Quebec.

There is nothing in the telephoto connection. Moving the sliders to different power levels does not work either.
ok I will have to send it in to Quebec then. Any idea of cost to repair?

I do not know Service Camera Pro's out of warranty pricing. They are only an authorized repair facility, not a Paul C Buff entity, so we cannot control their pricing. I would recommend contacting them to see if they can give an estimate.

Assuming it is out of its 2 year warranty, factory repairs here in Tennessee start at $35, plus shipping and cross border charges.
