I have a 2010 Einstein that has never been used (still in the shipping box). What do I need to do before using it?

On an Einstein that old, I would recommend you contact customer service before you bothered conditioning it. There have been several updates to it, and if serviced, we would ensure proper functioning of caps while it was here.
