To Paul C Buff support (and others who experienced this problem):

I bought 4 Einstein 640´s, The Cybercommander and tons of other gear from you - and I am very happy with it.

BUT last week my Vagabond Mini suddenly stopped working. The lights indicates a full charged battery but my neither of my Einsteins will power on. (I tried all four of them and they all work perfectly with a direct powercord-to-the-wall-socket connected to them)

Here are my error-finding results so far:
- Fuse seems allrigt (see picture)
- It does not matter which connector I attach the cabel to on the inverter. It all ends up with no power on the Einstein.
- I cannot charge my cellphone with a USB cabel connected to the inverter (even though that the "fuel gauge" says full power on the battery)
- I cannot power the Einstein with the battery detached from the inverter and power cabel connected to the inverter and then connected to the Einstein.
- I cannot power a cellphone with the battery detached from the inverter and power cabel connected to the inverter and then a USB connected to the cellphone.

SO - I am running out of ideas and (to me) it seems that the inverter is broken but what do you say? What else can I try?

I filmed the error finding proces, so please see these for documentation:

Any problemsolving ideas are more than welcome!

Best regards
Jakob

This is a symptom of something that will require the inverter to come in for service. I would contact our repair department for specific instructions on how to have this inverter repaired.
