I have an ancient set of Ultra 1200s. On one of them I've lost one of the thumbscrews that tighten on the "claws" that hold the modifier. Are those thumbscrews available for order? If not, could someone give me the spec on them so I can order from a fastener supplier. Thanks! |

We can probably rustle one up for you. However, they can be tricky to install. If you want to try first, the umbrella holding knob is the same knob used for the face plate, it just got assigned to umbrella duty. If you have difficulties, I would suggest giving us a call, and ask for Joe, and mention this thread. |

Thank you! I was able to re-purpose one of the umbrella knobs, and your Customer Service has hooked me up with a replacement for that. Much obliged; you guys are the best! |
