| Post subject: | Einstein not firing consistently |
One of my Einsteins does not fire consistently. It fires about 1/3 times. The other Einsteins are working fine. I swapped the Cybersync radio module with another Einstein but it still doesn't fire consistently. It has the problem both on location and in the studio. Any suggestions for troubleshooting. |

Start with the test button on the light itself and see if the problem persists with it. If so, then there is an issue in the light, not the remotes. Also, if not already, turn the audible recycle indicator on (but only on this unit). If the indicator chirps, but no flash, then the remotes are working, but not the flash. If the unit does not chirp, then there is communications issue. |
