Post subject:  Broken Umbrella Shaft

Hello. The top plastic part where the screw goes in to hold a umbrella mount is broken. What should I do?

I don't see how to attach an image.

That is integral to the housing of the light. This will require the light to come in for repair. If the unit is under warranty, the repair and domestic shipping from us to you is covered.

if the unit is not under warranty, then the repair cost would likely fall under the basic diagnostic charge of $35-45 (depending on the light), plus shipping. However, if further inspection reveals more issues, then we may re-estimate.

The unit is E64051474. I have three lights and not sure when this one was purchased.

That one is still under warranty.

Great thank you. Do you know why I am not getting replies via email. Also the returns says it has to be sent back to original address? Or back to where I send it from, I have moved since I purchased.

As for the emails, I have looked for your name and I was unable to find anything from you recently.
Can you narrow down when you sent them, and I can take a closer look?
