I have a Westcott Rapidbox Octa XL stuck on my an Einstein 640. One of the pins that holds modifiers is on the outside while the other three are on the inside. The levers for the pins don't move. I'm hoping someone can tell me how to remove the Rapidbox without damaging it or the Einstein.

This will take an effort of wiggling and lever work. There is not a clear cut method, but it will work its way loose. It may be easier to remove the softbox from the speedring, or perhaps the inner speedring from the outer speedring.
