I was recently very human and let the wind catch my light stand. My 1600 fell and broke the light and flash tube. I replaced both, light powers on, but I have no functions. Only the tube lights up when I go to test. There is no green light or strobe. Any advice?

No green LED means the unit is not properly charging. Make sure nothing is plugged into the RJ11 jack when determining there is no green LED.

The lack of a green LED would prevent the model lamp from coming on, if the "cycle" button is engaged.

If the green LED does not come on, that will be an issue that needs to be repaired. Repairs start at $35 but depending on the extent of the damage, can go up. If you send a light in, we assume authorization to repair up to $80. Beyond that we will contact you first.
