When I downloaded the Firmware file from the PCB website the file is named CCMDR, There is no PCBUFF file name. I'm using a Mac. Anyhow, can't load latest firmware. No PCBUFF file is located in any of the subfolders.

Has anyone had this issue?

Depending on your OS and various settings, outer layers of folders can get stripped. Sometimes it is one layer, sometimes only the .hex files get extracted.

In your case, all you need to do is create a PCBUFF folder, and pull the CCMDR folder into it.

Also, be very sure your current firmware is less than V.50.
