Post subject:  Cyber Commander Question

Greetings! I have a Canon ST-E2, Speedlite 580EXII, Speedlite 580EX, a Speedlite 420EX and an Alien Bee 800 that I use with my Canon 5DmkII. If I sell my ST-E2, what will I need to purchase to control those flashes. I also have a Seconic L358. Any way to integrate that into this new setup? Thanks!

None of our products will fully replace the ST-E2. This is an IR optical trigger that maintains TTL communications. The CyberSync system will still trigger (and meter and group with the Cyber Commander and + recievers) the Canon flashes, but cannot control the output in any fashion. That would have to be done at the flash itself. CyberCommander will be able to adjust output of the B800 when used with a + model reciever. IF you just want to trigger, the CST and CSRB's for each flash will do. You will need to connect a CST to the PC connection of the Sekonic. There is not a module for triggering CyberSyncs for Sekonic.
