I purchased a CyberCommander and three new CSR+ units, and in my setup, I'm unable to get all three strobes to fire. They are each on separate channels, and if the cursor is under Channel 1, then only that light fires. If I move the cursor to control either channel 2 or 3, then both those lights fire under either condition.

I have not set up any groups, and can't figure out what's happening. ;(

Is the CC on the hotshoe of the camera or handheld? If on the camera/PC jack or by pressing the left hand joystick in, all active lights should fire (active meaning powered on, and not set to standby). If handheld and pressing the right joystick (meter button) in, then only the selected light or group should fire. To get all lights to fire via the meter button, put the CC into the "ALL" channel position. This is one click left of CH1.

Ah, splendid! I was holding it off camera. I'll go try that. Thank you.

It's designed this way so you can selectively fire lights for test and measurement. It will fire all active lights at once from the camera via CC or CST. It's all in the manual.
