Hello,,i have 3 months with my vagabond ,,yesterday i was on a photoshoot , and my alien bees felt down, and was attached to the light stand,,,,,,and when i tried to take pics didnt work,,any idea why it didnt work now??..lights are ok,,,but if i connect a light,,,,doesnt works,,,,ty,

I am sorry, but i am not following entirely. The flashes work OK when plugged into a wall outlet? But they will not fire when using the Vagabond? Are the LED lights on the Vagabond coming on? If so, what color?

the flashes work well, when i plug them into a wall,,,but if try to connect to the vagabond doesnt work,,,,,,the leds lights are ok,, checked the fuses and are ok too,,,i charged again and green light is on,,but doesnt work when i plug a flash,,ty for the help,,

Plug the VII into the wall, as if you were charging it. Then plug the light into the VII. If the light still does not work, the outlet is probably bad, an it would need to come in for repair. If the light then works, there are a couple of issues that could cause it, and more trouble shooting would be required.
