I would like to remote my 5D2 with an CST and a C yber Commander. Can i do it ?

Using just those two compnents, no. I presume you are wanting to trigger the camera remotely. You would need a CST and CSRB(+) at minimum, as well as a prerelease trigger (those from flashzebra.com work well). If you wish to trigger lights as well, you would need an additional trigger on the camera, and appropriate recievers for the lights. The remotes for camera triggering and remotes for flash triggering would also need to be on seperate frequencies.
