Hi Guys,

I received my Einsteins today. I ordered two of them, and one seems to be faulty. I'll describe it the best I can.

The settings on the flash are:
-8 fstop flash
-8 fstop modelling
modeling light is tracking
ready is set to audible beep and dimming
The slave flash is off
I have no receiver plugged into my Einstein.
I am plugged into 120V AC power at my house.

Whenever I hit the test button, the flash fires. After that, the modeling light does not want to turn on again, and the ready indicator stays red. At -8 fstop, the flash should recycle almost instantaneously, but it doesnt.

I did not encounter this issue with my other einstein.

I am sure that PCB has tested these flashes because the count says 500. I just don't know what's happening. Please help! haha.

The lack of recycling means there is somehting internal not right. It will have to be replaced. Please contact customer service to arrange this.
