Two of my white lightning Ultra 1200 brackets are slipping when using a 48" softbox.
The balsa is not gripping enough to avoid the rotation of the head.
I've tried to use a rubber washer instead without success.

What is the best way to repair this bracket?

Would the UMBA won't have this problem?

The UMBA would be my recommendation. It is metal and is designed a little differently. Also, it includes a neoprene washer and a Belleville (metal) washer that is designed for more tension.
