I'm planning on purchasing the "Busy Bee" lighting package. I don't want a lot of extra cords running around my studio so instead of getting the wired remotes, I'm looking at deleting that from the package and purchasing one CST and one CSR+ which I will attach to my main light. If I set the other lights up to be slaves, will this set up work in most instances? Or, is it better to have a CSR+ unit for each of the 4 lights in the kit?

My preference is a CS+ remote for each light.
The optical slave in the light is reliable, providing it sees a flash.
The only time I've had trouble was when the back of a light was near a window so that the outside light "blinded" the sensor.

With the CS+ you also get the capability to do power adjustments etc. via the Cyber Commander. And using its light meter function you can create a profile for the light(s) based on the set up.

Very powerful capabilities.

I am reading and digesting the CC manual in anticipation.
