Hi there! I have two Einstein lights, the cyber commander, and the transmitters. About two weeks ago I used my cyber commander for a workshop and added an AB400 to channel 5. I deleted that light after. This morning I set everything up for a shoot and my lights are on, but not firing. I have reread the manual and everything looks fine. Can someone please help me get my lights going? THANK YOU!!!

First, Make sure your remotes are installed in the top of the Einstein.

Next, Make sure the frequency in the Cyber Commander match that on the back of the light.

Third, make sure you have verical BLUE bars in the channels you are using for your lights (some people say it is a blue/gray color. Mainly, you are looking for a filled vertical bar and not an empty outline or no bar at all).

Fourth, if you get an empty bar, make sure your channel selection on the Cyber Commander is not "GRP". Move it to ALL.

If this does not immediately solve the problem, your best bet would be to call in. You can ask for David, though anyone in Customer Service should be able to assist.
