Most likely it is an issue in the battery of the Vagabond. Check the connections to the battery from the inverter to make sure they are tight and clean. Make sure the battery is not swollen, cracked or otherwise showing signs of failure.
If you plug the VII into mains power, then plug the ABR800 into the VII, do things improve? If so, then the issue is on the VII somewhere. If not, it could be in the light or VII. At this point, you would need access to 120VAC mains power. Once found, plug in the ABR800 to this and see how it acts. If it is fine, then the VII certainly has a fault. If not, then the ABR800 has a fault.
