I noticed that when I power on one of my Einsteins S/N 1270, the cooling fan does not turn on. This is from a cold start. My other Einstein's cooling fan turns on as soon as I power up the unit. Any ideas?

Probably a stuck fan. Fans do this on occasion. You really need the fan to cool the 250W lamp. Check with Customer Service and we'll get you a replacement.
