I have checked all the outlets to make sure they are grounded, the circuit breakers are good, I have them plugged into a surge protector and grounded and only 2 flashes are plugged into this outlet. Initially the flashes will shock me when I go to change the settings, then after they have been on for a period of time they will fire randomly, sometimes when I touch the setup or camera, but sometimes just on their own. There is no other lights to trigger them and I am in a cool environment. Are these flashes arcing or broken or what? Any ideas please?
