I use RadioPopper JrX Studio transmitter and receiver's to fire and control AB's power level from my camera as well as the same with Nikon Speedlights. I use the telephone jack to connect the RadioPopper receiver's to the AB's and a miniphone jack (with a DIY hotshoe) to connect the Nikon speedlights.

I see a miniphone jack sync port on the back of the Einsteins. Can I plug the RadioPopper's into the Einsteins with it and fire and control their power level the same way?

I'm sure the Cyber Sync and Commander units are great, but it means more money and equipment. It would put the Einstein's at the top of my list if they're compatible with my current RadioPoppers.

No.

Unless radiopoppers make a module for einstein they won't be able to control it.

correct, Einstein will not have the RJ11 jack used by Radio Poppers and the CSR+ receivers.
The only control device that will alter power and other parameters of Einstein will be the Cyber Commander and CSXCV receiver modules.
