Hello, is it possible to add a GRID in those Beauty dish to really concentrate the light just like with a snoot :) Or is the white diffusion sock act like a grid too?

Yes, we carry 15 and 30 degree grids to concentrate the light. The socks will have the reverse effect by scattering light.

That's what I thought because diffuser would not concentrate the light. Ok great so the 22 inches grid would fit perfectly in your beautydish.
